  Dear Friends As we all are aware that there are certain labor laws are applicable on different establishment.The basic intent is to enforce labor laws to protect the interest of all sections of employees. Now a day, every organization has contractual employees. The contractual employees are being deputed client for tendering their services, but they are getting salary from their parent company. But as per contract labor act, the client organization is considered as principal employer. So it is a principal employer liability to ensure that all applicable labor laws are maintained by the manpower suppliers.   Every contractual employee is also eligible for Social security benefits such as Provident Fund, ESIC and Gratuity. Dear Friends In continuation of my previous blog, I would also like to say that due to Covid 19 situation, so many people have lost their jobs and financially most of them are actually doldrums conditions. There is no support from the systems. School managements are not considering towards fee exemption in this condition . Even inflation is high. It has actually become a tough to survive of a common man.   However, in corporate prospective, Human Resource has a big role to play to save the interest of the organization as well as the interest of their employees by assessing and strategizing the present situation and for getting over this condition, So that in future we can avoid untoward situation towards organization prospective as well as employee prospective. Nverthless, my first blog is as mentioned below The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered one of the worst jobs crises in India. The economy of India to a halt over the past one year, and numerous people have lost their jobs.  Friends I am in the system more than 20 year’s. Coincidentally, I am an HR professional. HR is always center point of any organization. From hiring to firing takes care of HR team based on business after considering the legal aspects of employment. But hiring an employee’s gives immense satisfaction, whereas firing of an employee gives only pain and mental dissatisfaction. But proper manpower planning, policies, Strategy helps to get over such devastating situation. HR has a big role to play. to be continued
